Standard Cancellations
- 7 days or more before check-in → Full refund.
- 3–6 days before check-in → 50% refund.
- Within 48 hours of check-in / No-show → No refund.
Early Check-Outs
- Guests who shorten their stay after check-in will not be eligible for a refund for unused nights.
Date Changes
- Modifications to booking dates are allowed, subject to availability.
- Rate differences (if any) will apply.
Special Offers & Non-Refundable Rates
- Reservations made under special discounts, promotions, or non-refundable rates cannot be canceled or refunded.
Force Majeure
- In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies, refunds/rescheduling will be at the discretion of management.
