We currently do not have dedicated wheelchair-accessible rooms at UFO Mussoorie. Our property, built amidst hill terrain, makes full ADA-style accessibility challenging.

  • Our team is ready to assist guests with mobility needs, from parking drop-offs to special room arrangements.

  • If you require specific accessibility features—like a roll-in shower, handrails, or ramps—please let us know in advance. We’ll be happy to coordinate with neighboring accessible accommodations nearby. According to hotel listings across Mussoorie, several properties do offer elevators, hand-held showerheads, and wheelchair-friendly facilities

Payment & Policies

1. Payment Methods
We accept multiple payment options for your convenience:

  • UPI, net‑banking, and mobile wallets

  • Advance Deposit: 30% of the total booking amount is required at the time of reservation.

  • Balance Payment: The remaining amount is due at check-in or before arrival.

  • Security Deposit: A refundable deposit of ₹1,000 may also be collected at check-in to cover incidental charges or damages. This will be refunded at check-out after room inspection.
