1. Reservation Cancellations
- Free Cancellation Window: Cancellations made 7 days prior to check-in are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or in case of a no-show will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Early Departures
- Guests who choose to check out earlier than their booked stay will not be eligible for a refund of the unused nights.
3. Date Modifications
- Guests may request to modify their booking dates, subject to availability.
- Any difference in room rates for the new dates will apply.
4. Special Offers & Discounts
- Bookings made under non-refundable packages, special offers, or promotional discounts are not eligible for cancellation or refunds.
5. Force Majeure
- In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, government restrictions, or emergencies, refunds or rescheduling will be handled at the sole discretion of the management.
